Do you play differently when you're not last to act?

It is important for me to make a decision when I have to act first. Do you use simple solutions in such situations or are you still looking for opportunities to be aggressive?

Tough question! Playing out of position is where I get myself in the most trouble 😅.

My simple rule is: keep it simple. I check way more often when I'm first to act. It helps to control the pot with my so-so hands and lets me set up check-raises with monsters. If I get too fancy and aggressive OOP, I usually just end up building a huge pot and feeling completely lost.

But yeah, you still gotta look for those aggressive spots... just have to pick 'em carefully! GL at the tables 👍
