Some players say that image at the table is extremely important, especially in live poker. Others believe that at low rates, no one pays attention to it. I try to manage my image, but sometimes I'm not sure if the opponents notice it at all. Is it worth spending effort to create an image at the table? It is surely one of the things you should consider for exploits, but it is important to not get obsessed with it and drown in the sea of levelling wars. It is probably much more useful in cash than in MTTs, because in MTTs the sample is extremely small and tables are restructured very often.

Table image is pretty important. It can help us get bluffs through, helps with getting value bets paid off, helps us understand our opponent and what they are up to. It’s all about paying attention.

Great question! At lower stakes, image might matter less since many players focus only on their own cards—but as you move up, it becomes more important. Managing your image is still a good habit to build early.
