My biggest leak right now is playing out of position. I'm trying to fix it by folding more in early spots.

Great decision mate, when I started playing poker I used to be very loose, I'll call anything didn't matter my position, but with time I've come to realise that you need to be more tight and know where you are at the table (position)

That's a great realization — just being aware of positional leaks already puts you ahead of many players. Folding more in early position is a smart adjustment, especially in tournaments where stack preservation matters.
I’ve been there too, and one thing that helped me was narrowing my opening range and practicing *patience*. Playing tighter upfront lets you avoid tough spots out of position and saves chips for when you’re in control. Keep working on it — sounds like you're on the right track!

That’s a great insight — playing out of position is definitely one of the hardest parts of the game to master.
Folding more in early positions is a solid adjustment. I also found it helpful to tighten my range and avoid marginal hands that get me in tough spots post-flop.
Keep working on it — recognizing the leak is already a big step forward! 💪🃏

playing tighter especially in low stakes games makes a lot of sense i think too. Many recreational players will play extremely loose and call accordingly. Playing tighter on such tables usually is more likely going to increase your odds to win imo
