I like watching players' lives on YouTube, it helps me improve my game in a few minutes of video.

It is difficult to do so under the conditions of limited time. If you don't have time to study and introspect, all you can do is play and learn from your mistakes. It's a long way to go, and it's not a given that you will be satisfied with the results.

The best way to improve with limited time is to focus on quality over quantity. Instead of grinding tons of hands, I spend short sessions reviewing key hands I've played — especially big wins or losses — and try to understand the “why” behind each decision.

Also, I recommend studying one topic at a time (like blind vs. blind, 3-bet pots, or ICM) and using tools here at Cards Chat, free Apps or short YouTube videos. Even 20–30 focused minutes a day can go a long way if you’re consistent.

It might be difficult to set aside a long stretch of time, but I think it's good to play online even just a little, and then analyze your hands afterward.

Alternatively, I recommend using software like GTO Wizard, where you can play against a computer and evaluate how accurate your play is.
