I often misjudge strength when there are large stakes on the river.

Think about the story they’re telling. Does their river bet make sense based on how the hand played out? If not, they might be bluffing.

Best tip for reading the river bet is to start reading his range from the pre to flop to turn. The river bet isnt the story. It's the ending and you need the first 3/4 of the book or else you will be lost

Every author speaks a different language as well. Every strategy has different sizings, range, value bet range sizings, semi bluff range sizings and bluff size range sizings, potential risk, and that's abc or exploitable.
Must learn many languages
then learn gto last and see how gto mixes bluff sizing and value sizings together to become unexploitable

One of the best tips for reading river bets is to think ahead — decisions on the river are the hardest, but they start taking shape on earlier streets. If you’re unsure by the turn, it’s often better to avoid tough spots later. In low-stakes tournaments, players chase too many draws and get to the river with all sorts of hands, so river bets can be very unbalanced. Try to narrow ranges before the river rather than relying on a big hero call or fold at the end.

So many bluffers these days, they are getting bolder. I was suprised a few times catching even some pretty good CC players doing these moves.

Well, not saying that poor player can't bluff, but obviosuly these are good players who are capable of bluffing with sense.

It depends on the entire development of the hand. There is no specific way.

There is definately an art to bluffing. I find it is most effective when used sparingly. Timing and revealing nuances in opponent's play style all affect my use of it. Usually only after establishing credibility.
