1 -- I curse the pokersite where it happended
2 -- When happen on site that is not GGpoker , ill say ; At times this site is just as bad as GGpoker ! What a joke !
3 -- I say to myself what is the use to continue play here when i lose in a hand that seemed a perfect situation to win
4 -- I strengthen my vow to not put a cent of my money , my winnings from freebies , in to any game here
5 -- Some time i may withdraw all winnings from the site out of anger , i tell GGpoker to enjoy the 1 dollar fee , i say they are bunch of criminals and yes the plan was wait longer to withdraw , but maybe its wise they may shut down this corrupt site at any time !
Too bad my winnings are not such that i could withdraw after every bad beat , that would be something
6 - When happen in weekly freeroll tournament , i may start realize how long ago it is i cashed there , and how this is totally ridiculous this bad streak , its totally unacceptable !!! This tourney is juicy , the play is often bad , how the hell am i not cashing way more often ??
And how is this guy even in this hand ? Should not even be calling with this hand , he calls my raise with this bad hand and flops 2 pair ???
Why so often a really bad play is rewarded at my expense ??? Did [ insert pokersite here ] put me in group of players not allowed to win ?
7 -- I start remember some other recent bad beats and cant even decide what was the worst moment anymore .
8 - I continue be mad for some time
9 - Ill try seek comfort in knowing i have positive balance on this site and try convince in the end it is all worth it , but only helps a little
10 -- i log out from the site .

Well, bad beats just happen, it is a part of poker. You need to learn to accept them.

Recently I was eliminated by 96o, having KK. All-in pre. The guy with 96o told me he was late for tournament and thought he is short stacked (it was a mistake we both had around 70bb). Also recently I lost a stack in cash game AA against QQ (all in pre).

As for your question if you could have pleyed your cards differently - well, it depends - if you were all-in pre with AA: you couldn't and I would say you did everything right, it was just a bad luck. If you were not all-in pre and it was some action later on: it depends - what action.

L’ve been there too. Swearing off a site, cashing out in frustration, wondering how players with garbage hands end up crushing premium ones. It really messes with your head when bad play gets rewarded and solid decisions get punished. Makes you wonder if there’s some hidden curse or if the RNG just enjoys messing with certain accounts.

Ok.. a bit serious now.
The first answer was a joke:D

So you lost with AA in the late stages of the tourney...
We just get up pat our shoulders and off to the next. This will happen again and again in your poker journey.
So start to get used to it:)

This is part of the poker. From time to time it will happen, not to worry about this. Just play correctly in each specific situation.

Unfortunately, I fall out like this in every race... I think about this a lot and I think I might feel bad but unfortunately the reality is that I'm going to K's and losing to a 3-7.

They cannot be avoided, but can be reduced by playing more aggressively with good cards preflop.

There are some wonderful whiskeys out there. Not saying it's the best way to deal with it but you know ... not the worst.

I think the best way to deal with bad beats is to prepare for them mentally beforehand. Acknowledge that if there's even small percentage chance something can happen, it will eventually happen. Yes, most of the time you will win an all-in with pocket aces, but depending on the hand of your opponent, you will loose 1 in 5 or 1 in 10 times or whatever the odds. Just be prepared.

Also, if you're playing a tournament, you might want to reconsider aggressively 4 and 5-betting and maybe choose to see the flop first.

Just accept that poker is a game with high degree of randomness in it and remember, you earn money not by winning every time, but by making decisions that will benefit you in the long run.

Just yesterday i lost in the RTC Championship to BB in SB when we were h-u pre and i shoved with 77 and he snapped with q2o and binked a queen on the flop.
I just had to puke a bit:sick: get up pat my shoulders and up to the next:cool:

I've already lost with AA and it's rough. We were all-in preflop, villain had pocket 2s, I had AA, he hits a 2 on the flop and makes a set. I don't think I did anything wrong just gotta forget it and move on
