Many cannot understand the game or are simply going through something bad outside of Poker and this becomes stressful, allowing their reasoning to drastically decrease, automatically resulting in emotional destabilization leading to loss of money.

But this is just one example.

The biggest problem for me is tilt! I can't help it)) One has only to run over my top pairs once or twice and I explode like a volcano !!!

The biggest difficulty for me is overcoming the hiccup of folding a winning hand, not so much in an early tournament but in an instance where you tripled your chips going against 2 opponents, either I tilt or I get an emotional breakdown.

For me there are only two difficulties:
1) I don't know other players' hands.
2) I don't know what cards are coming next.

One of my biggest difficulties in poker is dealing with variance and emotional control. Even when I make the right decisions, losing streaks can be frustrating and shake my confidence — it’s tough to stay focused and not let tilt creep in.
Another challenge is finding the right balance between aggression and patience. Sometimes I play too cautiously and miss value, other times I get too aggressive and end up in tough spots. I’m always working on adjusting better to different opponents and situations — it’s part of the ongoing learning process.
