I would say that poker is a mix of luck and skill. Luck decides the cards you receive, but skill decides how you play them—and, over time, skill has a much greater impact on your results. In the short term, anyone can win. In the long run, the best players generally come out on top.

More broadly, poker is undoubtedly a gaming skill where success depends on the player's ability to make mathematically correct decisions rather than luck. However, luck plays no less important role in the future, and even experienced players may lose due to random hands.

Poker is a combination. Both luck and skill are necessary components for successful play. In my opinion, the ratio of skill to luck in online poker is approximately 70%/30%.

Higher stakes = mindset is very important
Lower stakes = knowledge is great advantage (position, ranges, Nash, equity...)

If you want to be a player who makes money, you need both skills and luck, but skills are more important for such players. If you want to have fun, then luck will probably be more important for you. I think everything is relative and depends primarily on your goals.
