However, I perhaps wonder about the reason behind the poll. Is this a ‘test the water’ approach to the potential diversification of CardsChat towards offering / getting involved in casino offers and bonuses or (hopefully) simply another avenue of conversation for discussion.

I was once an active member of an online forum type site that appeared dedicated to poker, however if you look at it today, the majority of conversation is about casinos and most of their promotions and bonus offers relate to casino, rather than poker (while still offering some conversation and bonuses and Freerolls on poker). A good example of this is the balance of their Christmas promotions which at one time was heavily focussed towards poker, but is now primarily casino bonuses (mainly aimed at getting players to sign up to new sites.).

Such an approach would worry me if CardsChat went down that line, although I appreciate the lucrative nature of it for commercial purposes.

Loved reading the views of other community members in this Thread.
