I rarely use cryptocurrency, but on the advice of a friend, I use my Binance account for such transactions. It's quite convenient, and to my surprise, the commission is usually lower than on skrill, for example.

Tether (USDT) USDT ERC20, as well as Ethereum. Trust Wallet. But a commission of inquiry there could cost more than a dollar, so I'll be looking for something new. They say that a Binance account is the best; you can count coins for a minimum commission.
