Sorry if this is in the wrong area... So after arguing with sports betting for the past 2 weeks failing to reach there adjudicator which was under the same name go figure and before figuring out my next step im deciding to post here.
Okay so the game was tiger king and it has a respin feature if u get a full wheel of wilds on reels 2 or 4 and bonus game with 5 free spins and an increasing win multiplier. The issue that happened was i hit the 15 tiger super pay witch pays 15,000 to one which silly me got excited thinking it was my actually bet but after reading it was just by the line bet okay cool enough 15,000x 0.01 = 150. Which was what i was paid all good - problem is i was also in the bonus game when this happened on the 5th spin after calling and arguing and I've yet to get an answer.
So just seeing with the community thinks ive yet to deposit more on their site and doubt i will which sucks because i really like there software. Also kinda upset considering i asked for casino games to be blocked cuz i degen on them and the ones on the site where but can still degen through the poker room how convenient.
Hence how this whole situation even came up lol. Below are some screen shoots and ideas on what or how to proceed? Any other time i get a tiger respin as u can see in the screen shot on any of the spins it always adds the multiplier so this should not be any different. Seems like i could try and throw a law suit on them and make them shell outa alot of money for a lawyer etc probably the route im going to go just on principle. They make enough off rake the should pay that little extra 600 and if not they should state in the rules that tiger super pay isnt multiplied in bonus game.
