If you have started recently, I'd say normal tables will help you to understand, learn and improve your game.
If you have more experience, then zoom tables are more dynamic.
If you want to play more than two tables, I'd say the regular ones.

Definitely normal tables. The Zoom tables are full of regs and also help bad players fix there most common leak, which is playing to many hands due to boredom. For instance there is way less limping in Zoom games. The Zoom format is also a dead end, if you eventually want to move to something other than online cash games. You obviously cant play Zoom in live poker, and the format is also not common for online MTTs.

It can be ok to occationally play a Zoom session, if you are short on time, but if you are trying to build up a bankroll - and your skills - in online cash games, you should definitely focus mainly on regular tabels. Learn to exploit bad players and avoid sitting on 6-max tabels with 5 other regs and grind yourself to death on the rake.

Zoom tables have killer rake- most players cannot outplay the rake--micros stakes is the worst for rake:unsure::geek:

Zoom or Normal Tables in Micros limits in Pokerstars?
I always preferred regular tables for a few reasons

1) Can develop reads on your opponents (worth a ton)
2) Slower pace of play so can add more tables
3) More information on game flow etc. help decide your best plays

Zoom/Blitz is fun when you want to get in a ton of volume and have a super solid game
But for learning, improving, and just having more fun in general I prefer regular tables :)
