If he was constantly bluffing or overplaying marginal hands, and got called and had to show them down, then he would not have been up 400BB most likely? Unless you have seen him do something similar with a J or total air then yes, you should fold AA, if he bet pot on all 3 streets. This is fundamental game theory. We defend less against big bets than small bets, unless we have information and want to exploit an opponent, who we think is bluffing to much or overplaying hands, we can beat.
