what do you do when you enter a table and are an allin player almost all the time?
do you expect a good hand to take everything from him? Or change tables?

Close the range and hit its base foot, in other words, is hard to get a strong hand every hand, close the range and when feel yourself confident, just call, however notice any two cards can win at showdown and you are not secure to suffer a bad beat or cooler.
Sit there and wait and trap them, trap them, trap them. This is type of player that would show up on the weekends and drink and just enjoy themselves or just lost a nice sum playing the casino games and wandered into the poker room late at night.
Playing $1/2 means it would only cost me about $9-$15 to sit and wait to get a good hand to call an all in of $300 and they usually were deep. If they got lucky on me then I would reach in my pocket and stay another buyin. Those type of players would pay my utility bills along with some food money back in the day.
If i see that happen and i have a decent hand lets say j9 suited 10-9 suited or up i will just take a gamble that time if nobody is behind me otherwise i just wait for someone else to call him and if he wins i'll wait for decent hand also and call him
Great situation - wait for AA and call all-in. At pokerstars, I watched how a big stack of $17,000 (max 6 cash game) went all-in out of position with AK and got called by an opponent with AA and lost $14,000.
