understanding stats

I am interested in finding out what all these stats mean.
what is considered "good stats"? I know all these numbers can be useful, but how do I learn to use them?

A good thing to get is poker tracker.

Then there are various sites out and about which tell you to best utilise it.

Even getting pokertrackerguide as well is worth the money
