I agree, there should be some omaha sections on this site.  I like omaha alot, I consider Hold em my best game but I love to play omaha and 7 stud too and I think I am pretty decent at both.  I agree that omaha should not be viewed as hold em with backups, as Dorkus mentioned a good starting and is one that all 4 cards work together.  It is so much harder than holdem in my opinion b/c there are so many possibilities. At a full table you rarely see anything less than a straight win the high, and I rarely see high pocket pairs hold up unless you hit the set.  Even full houses aren't a sure lock b/c someone else could be holding a higher one.  Suited connectors are the best thing I think in an omaha hand, with maybe a suited A.  Anyways, those are my thoughts on the game.
 
As a side, talking about best starting hands in omaha hi, I was watching omaha on ESPN and Norman Chad said AAKK double suited is the best starting hand in omaha hi.  Would you agree? I really don't agree with that, since you already have the aces, why do you need the Ks unless you are looking to flop a set.  Wouldn't something like AKAQ or AKAJ double suited be better? this would give you more straight possibilies plus the pair of aces which are both suited ti give  you the nut flush.  Any thoughts?
