starting stack

I would like to know players starting stack preferences. when you buy in at your specific level, what do you buy in for? 20-30-or 40 big blinds?

I like to get in early, I like every opportunity, however the more you will feel good in the short game, the later you should buy.

I buyin for the minimum which is normally 40 or 50 big blinds when playing zoom cash games.

I enjoy playing with a short stack + you can move up stakes quicker with the 20 buyin rule.

Table max and I show up with 2-3 full buyins behind that. If I get seated at a table with short stacked folks or with $60-80 holding their stack in their hands doing silly chip tricks with it like nothing then I'll bail on the table because they're usually jokers just trying to hit and spin the wheel and I'm not interested in doing that. I can get that from playing freerolls with folks here online.

I buy in for the max I can, usually 100bb

I always buy in for the max at the table rather than the minimum. If you are playing the game right it's always great to have options. If you come in the for the minimum some of the bigger stacks might try to push you around.

that is oc not true.

you can also start with 25bb and win the same, maybe take some extra time.

if you start with 100bb you can win easy 100bb, but oc you could also lose 100.

most who start with short stak are afraid to lose bigger stack..
