you didn't read action, player who fold with set 9sidk what you're asking, but cold-calling a 3bet with 88 from the BB is not good play, and putting in any more money postflop also isn't.
Oh, I mean, that one is whatever, if you hit a set and a dry-ish board, you're always getting it in. Checking Turn is questionable but didn't change anything.you didn't read action, player who fold with set 9s
To risky to wait for flush runner runner when on flop is raised so much. What you will need to hold KQspades to pay on that flop 20.5bb, but for my understanding also is to much or 94spades to have 2 pairs than is fine to play. The player with a set of nines folded on the river after the raise by the player to his left. The set of nines is beat by a set of tens, set of aces, and flushes. The question is whether the set of nines should have called the raise to $3.40. In this case he correctly read that he was behind. Is the fold correct? I think so, given how passive the turn went and the action on the river.
Flop wasn't raised. There was a half pot bet. KQs would make perfect sense as two overcards that come along and then stay with the passive turn. Maybe less likely that someone bet half pot with KQs though, I will concede, but could still happen. To risky to wait for flush runner runner when on flop is raised so much.
