Again, before you go into that stuff you have to know the basics. You can't do it from a chart or a book or a vid or anything but getting knowledge THEN working with that knowledge to gain experience and that takes time.
These people want to play "optimally" and don't understand the basics. IT MAKES ZERO SENSE.
Every one of these vids should have a warning label "you have to master basics before moving onto to this, buyer beware". because its an advertisement for another poker system.
