Sometimes it's just your karma. I had the same problem for a while. I found that just sticking to it, watching my position and tossing those tough to toss cards and seeing they would have lost helps a lot.

I feel like a mad dog sometimes, but I can control it so it doesn't kill me all of the time. Position, stack and blinds are what I consider before I get all krazzzyyy!!!

What type of hands are you getting aggressive with?

How mch times the BB are you betting?

What limits are you playing?

Everyone gets hit with bad beats. That is poker. Stay aggresive and in the long run it will pay off. Remember it isn't how much you won tonight but how you did this year!!

Trust your gut

I always go with my gut feeling. There's been times when I've layed down low pair (pocket 2's) and a 2 came up on the flop. In my mind I'm thinking (WHY DID I DO THAT?), but my gut feeling was vindicated when someone had a A-5 straight. The more you try to analyze this game, the more you begin to second-guess every decision you make. My "gut feeling" has yet to mislead me :)
