Preflop villain raises to 3.5x, although I don’t like versus this big sizing, I think this is fine.
What do we know about polarized sizings is that either players are holding top range or trash range: for cash tables most of times we are expecting top range and it’s very obvious, so let’s see a flop: 
Villain checks OOP which can mean anything, and we got some poor equity having back door straight draw. If villain is type ABC, fit or fold our bet is good. 
On the turn villain checks and our ability to bluff gets down, so I would be checking turn more often than betting, to try to realize my equity later. 
On the river comes an overcard and villain bets 1/2 pot. It’s not a good idea to raise this river having showdown value and calling is okay, since we are narrowly breaking even. 
Coming back to villain’s preflop raise, now it has a bunch of AJ, KJ, QJ, however given price was too low. 
The hand was well played by both players. Nice hand and keep on grinding!
