Info 1) On the Flop Harris bets, which indicates that he is trying to protect the King. ( Eg he has a pair of kings ). he could of course have a straight/flush draw. My Money is on a King ( or another pair)

Hence the only way you are likely to get called is with King Pair, 2 pair, trips or Straight. I doubt someone will call with a non Ace high flush draw. 
 
Your straight draw may already be dead. 
 
The good thing is that you bet. This means that you have two chances to win. ( he folds the bet or you pick up a card on the river). 
 
That said assuming that a caller will have a K pair or better then you are big favourite to lose the hand  if you get called. ( Most of these hands give you less than 40% chance). If you think the person will fold more than say 30% of the time its not the worst play in the book, however 
 
If you want to bet, The advice I would give is that you can bet less and still have two chances to win. Eg a $1.20 Bet could save you 1.72 if you hit nothing and you still have a similar chance of the guy folding to a pot sized bet to an All-in. ( in fact an all-in actually weakens the perception to some people - eg why would you bet "all in" if you had a strong/made hand. If you had a made hand you would try to milk the person not sufficate them). 
 
On the other hand, if you check then you may get the next card for free. If he bets .50 then you are getting good pot odds to call. ( and great implied odds ) 
 
Different ways of playing. Me personally I woul bet 3/4's pot. Rightly or wrongly.
