I think it was the players were high, not the play was high Rob.
Besides I don't mind paying him off in this friendly game anyway, now he has a "Can't believe I got paid off!" story instead of a "Wish I could have gotten paid off" story.......oh yeah, then I finished ahead of him so guess I did alright.

Very nice hand. I've had a straight flush, to the King, but never a Royal Flush, I'm so jealous. BTW, how much bonus does one get for hitting a royal"?

Nada in most tournament play, usually only in ring games with both hole cards in use and a showdown.
If you ever get one and you know the site pays out for it, be sure to not let any opponents fold their hand(s).
Unless of course the pot is a lot fatter than the payment you might receive.
