Okay - this is in a real game...not online. Playing in a 5 person table in a home tourney.

My hand : AA - I raise PF 4X blinds ($400)

Get one caller from someone a friend of mine that I don't play much.

Board comes out and it's Kxx - I raise 5X blind ($500). He calls.

Turn like a 5 or 6 - no help. I raise 5X again and he calls. I can't put him on anything but a K...

River comes and it's a J - I raise 6X ($600) - he calls.

He turns over KJ (2 pair). I tried my best to push him off the pot, but he had TPHK and wouldn't budge. I was so mad that he wouldn't budge and then caught the J. I don't know what I could have done diff.

That hand crippled me and I was only about 5X the BB so I pushed blind on next hand and walked away. I was so hot...but I didn't know if I should be mad at myself for not considering the J hit 2 pair. I didn't think he had KK because he limped in before me PF.

Anyway - just had to rant a bit. I ended up taking him out in the second game. He just couldn't lay hands down. Finally caught up to him.

you learned your lesson on how to play him, anyway. Sometimes you can't push tehm off, no matter what you do, and they get lucky.

BTW - on the turn, from what I can understand you only have around 1600 left, but there's at least 1800 in the pot - why did you bet only 500? This looks like the point where its all-in or all-out.

Good point on the All-In. I am so reluctant to do that...I think it's a pretty big leak in my game.

I only seem to go All-In when I have the nuts.

I think he is going to be playing with us more and more (like I said - he's a good friend of mine except when at the table...haha). So now I know something about him.
