Obviously he can have some very strong hands like an overpair, but in a 3-bet pot, and starting with only 75BB, he dont need to check-raise to get all the money in. He can just take a much more simply bet, bet, shove line. So its difficult to figure out, what this guy is up to, and I definitely agree with your decision to call and see a turn. Turn Now he check on a blank, which makes his flop check-raise even more weird. You picked up a flushdraw, and I definitely agree with your decision to check back and then make a decision on the river. River River is a relative blank, and he check again. I think, I check back here. The opponents line looks like some kind of overly fancy play with a nutted hand or a bluff, that decided to give up after the flop. So I think, jamming here is a bit to thin. I fear, that you will mostly either get snapped off by a hand, that beat you, or get a fold from a worse hand.
