No stats or reads on opponent. It is a zoom table. My thinking here was that the preflop kinda large 3 bet was just an attempt to resteal with something like a suited ace or a suited connector. Based on that and the flop where I thought villain was very unlikely to have improved his hand I decided to try to make a check raise bluff on the flop. That didn't work.
Question: Should this have been an easy check fold when I didn't improve on the turn? Or is it a bet because the jack is a scare card against most suited aces and suited connectors? Did I basically play the hand horribly after the flop? To me all in bluffing on the river doesn't seem like winning play in general, but I did win this one with basically nothing.
