I like the way you played the hand in general.  I think a little larger 3 bet would be better especially since we are not folding KK pre to a villain like this even with just 15 hands.  He could have plenty of hands that he will call a raise with pre since many dont fold after they raise but then will fold a lot of flops when we C bet.  If that turns out to be the case then we want to raise a little more pre to get more value out of them the one street we figure they will come along often.

As far as the flop goes, I think even with a loose player like this we can rule out the JJ-88 hands since I just dont see a villain jamming over there with one of those, even this one.  I am also discounting AA since I think this villain, as most would, would be re raising with them.  That leaves me thinking they have some Qx with a good/decent kicker, QQ, or two hearts.  Their two hearts holdings should be skewed largely to Ax of hearts which we are ahead of but not killing (basically flipping on the good side of the flip).  We are ahead of Qx as well and QQ is the least likely due to lack of combos.  I think this is a call as you did here but I am not loving this and would not feel good, just as I didn't seeing the hand in the replayer, when we get re raised on the flop.  This villain is just too wild from what we know about them to fold this and the times they show up with QQ here it just is what it is.  Other villains who are not as loose make this a harder hand to play and bring folding more into the equation but I think you played this one right but just ran into bad luck.
