Hero is in LJ with JJ no heart, starts the hand with $550 and is effective stack.

There's a $5 straddle in early position.

Hero raises $15, button, BB, straddle all call.

Pot $60. Flop comes Th 6h 5s.

Checks to hero who bets $30. Button folds, both BB and straddle call.

Pot $150. Turn 9c.

Checks again to hero who bets $80. BB thinks for about a minute then jams, straddle folds, hero?

I have to call $405 to win $1120 so I'm getting roughly 2/1, but am I ever good here?

I think, everything is fine, until you face a raise. And I would also fold without a strong read. Its a multiway pot, and if BB had a worse made hand like top pair, he would almost certainly just call again. Maybe he can occationally have a flushdraw, but thats pretty much the only hand, you beat, and 87 just turned a straight. So there is a lot of value, you lose to, and not all that many potential bluffs.

Are you guys saying that even live players under bluff in turn shoves?

Even if V is very aggressive, he could OTT a hand like 9T as a bluff, although in MWB he will almost certainly have the nuts (78). This is a standard fold there.
