Which hands could be limping preflop, donking OTF and c-betting turn? Kx, K7 very rare but possible, K4, and 44. Maybe fish limped KK, but this is not very likely. 
So, if we observe this situation very coldly, and approach it and touch it, we are quite sure that Villain has no 7's on its range, so we discard the K7 possibility. 
The 4x would never be donking OTF, with no draws. 
AK, KQ, KJ, KT, Kx are hands that could be doing it in general.
We don't believe any underpair, like QQ, or JJ, for example would be taking this line. We also don't believe Villain limped-called AA preflop.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the river, any Kx present on Villain ranges are beating the hell out of us and 44 that has quads. Now, any Kx, has a better full-house, and for this logic of range reading, I would be checking OTR too, because I don't see any worst hand paying a bet on the river, that it is not a Kx, 44 or AA, on which Villain will almost never limp preflop.
