I dont want to be mean but also don't want to sugar coat this either. You played this hand very badly on every post flop street imo especially flop and river. Pre flop is obvious open although I think you should open to 3x but its a penny diff in 2 NL.

On the flop we get exactly what we should want. We hit a set and the other cards on the board have a good chance of connecting with our opponent as they will have Ax a lot here and also could have a flush draw or even a 1 liner straight draw. You should definitely be betting on this flop. Since the hand will connect with our opponent a lot we can bet a little larger sizing and go for value. I think anywhere from 7-10 cents is just fine since I expect a lot of calls. I get a little the thought of "well, if the board connects with them lets check to check raise" but what I dont like about that is what if villain does check behind with hands they would have called a bet with? Which is pretty much what happened here. I know villain is rarely if ever checking behind with Ax there but they could play any draw passively and then you are giving them a free turn to catch.

On the turn you now bet pot but in my opinion it looks weird checking flop and then going huge when just a 7 comes out. It almost looks like your hand is face up now since villain could piece together you slow played a monster and now are afraid since two flush draws are out there. They now know to call since if they hit they will count on large implied odds. I will say going as big as you did gets more value then betting smaller since flush draws might piece together your monster here but I think betting something more like 7-8 cents is better because if they dont have a flush draw then they might think you are just stabbing at it and you will keep a wider range of hands in.

The river is just plain bad by you. You are not getting called there unless villain has the flush. If you are hoping for set over set that should be near non-existent because when you bet pot on the turn with two flush draws out there, another set would have re raised you and not wanted to see a river where half the deck or so would bring in some type of flush draw. Since you did not get raised on the turn, there are no sets here and doubt villain called turn with 22. Therefore its a bet that is only getting called by a flush and you are never making any extra money with this bet but only losing money when you make this bet into a better hand.

At this level people chase flush draws, what ever you did, that Villain wouldn't fold.
A good rule to observe when the flush made it on the river, is that an all-in on the river by you is nearly always a mistake. You have to think, what is keeping them in the hand. My immediate thought would have been a small Ax suited. A big ace would have re-raised pre-flop. You can also have in his range the suited connector at showdown, as a call preflop. 67s - JTs is feasible.
Unless the player is an all-in maniac people at this level seldom bluff, but they will chase draws.
I understand your river bet though it is terribly hard to fold trips.

If you want over bets in your game, you need to learn when people will call them.
A river overbet like this screams I have an Ace high flush you have to fold. (You are betting 500% pot)

I would have to consider even folding a Qh/Kh flush. However the only hands that call you here will be flushes.

If you wanted to check raise the flop, and feel like you missed value, over betting the turn is the perfect time. You could bet .36 or .65 if you want. Much better time to work out how you want to add 5x overbets to your game.
