I think I played my hand correct and I lose due to bad variance. (villain rivered Full House he had QT off) any different or same thoughts

I find the hand a bit overplayed preflop. To begin with, there were 2 active players left. You've made a bet size greater than 3x pot, which is too much when they're effective at 100bb. Which is why I'm raising less than 3x pot as the maximum limit.
This flop is a bit coordinated so I don't think a neutral bet is a bad idea here, although you should know that most of the time your opponent will have something better than your gutshot. Finally the turn it's standard and I think you played it well.
