Yeah, you're behind a lot of hands on this straight heavy board. Sets are the least of your concerns. You shouldn't be trying to stack off with second pair top kicker and especially against stats like your villain's. I probably wouldn't even be raising on the flop.

Preflop
Its fine to 3-bet here, but you could also just call against someone with TAG stats like this. FPR 13 is pretty low for 6-max, and he is opening from HJ, which is the second tightest position.

Flop
I think, this hand is to in between to C-bet. You are never getting a better hand to fold, and there are also not to many worse hands, that can call. You went small enough, that you will probably get a call from hands like ATs, QJs or JTs, but the latter two has a lot of equity, and your hand is definitely not strong enough to go for multible streets of value. So I would check here and try to get to showdown as cheaply as possible. As played I guess, you have call, but its a gross spot, because you are always behind, and you are often drawing more or less dead, if for instance he flopped a straight with AJ or J9s.

Turn
Just fold. He is literally screaming from the mountain top, that you are beat.

River
You should never have made it this far, but since you did, you should fold now. You are getting 3:1, so you only need to be good 1 in 4 times, but its so unlikely, he is bluffing with this line, that I would not even expect to be good 1 in 10 times.

Biggest error in river or on turn?

Biggest error flop---3 bet pot you bet they min XR you call nooo min XR is the nuts -- min raise at low stakes is the nuts unless you know the player. Just fold. Losing big pots when V are agg in low stakes 3 bet pots is a major leak

SRP pots sure min raise is not always the nuts but 3 bet pots ---you will know when you see the 1 in 100 guy that min XR with worse

High SPR, I reccomend you fold in turn. Its hard give up in river in this situation

Dunno why you are raising the river. Yeah it's just 6c but why lose an extra 6c? At worse just call it, but to me that's a clear fold. I would have folded by the turn. Looks like he hit a monster flop and he's building the pot for a river jam and he funny enough left 6c behind.

Probably has AJ. If he's betting so small with say TT against a guy who 3bet pre on a high card board, that's worthy of noting.
