Preflop
Standard 3-bet but I would prefer to go a bit larger, when there is a cold caller. The original raise was only a min-raise, but at 2NL I think, you can go to $0,22-0-24 and still get plenty of worse hands to call. I would never have any 3-bet bluffs here out of the BB, when I can stick in $0,02 more and see a flop, so this is strictly a value play, and I think, this sizing is leaving some money on the table.

Flop
This flop line is kind of FPS (Fancy Play System). The purpose of check-raising is to 1) induce bluffs but also 2) get more money into the pot. And here you went so small, that you might as well just have bet $0,25 as a normal C-bet. This line looks silly but also strong and will usually raise his alarm bells, so that he is less likely to pay you on later streets. Especially against a field caller with a broken stack of just 77BB my plan here would be a very simple bet, bet, jam on a clean runout and maybe slow down, if obvious draws complete. You can bet 40-50% pot on all 3 streets and get the money in that way.

Turn
You are continuing your FPS play apparently hoping, that he will bet again, which is highly unlikely, when you raised him on the flop.

River
Now the front door flush completed, so if you bet now after checking the turn, you are essentially saying, that you have a flush, which mean, you are almost overrepresenting your hand. So as played I guess, its fine to check, and my plan would be to check-call a small bet but at least consider folding to a jam.

Spoiler
Against this particular hand its weird, that he even continued on the flop, and its unlikely, he would have paid any more bets. But we dont want to be results oriented, and the goal here is to win a big pot, when he has something like top pair worse kicker or a draw.
