The 3 bet I think is fine. Against such a tight range I'm not sure if it is great but you are certainly ahead of some of his range just not much.

The flop is obviously great for you and you extract as much value as possible from all possible draws and over pairs.

The donk into you on the turn (when the flush gets in) is suspicious. You only have to be good about 22% of the time to make this call. You have 10 outs so it is almost the right price to call. On top of that sometimes he checks the river and you just win against over pair with a diamond. If he bets river It's probably a fold although for the right price I still might call to get some info on the opponent and make a note on him (sometimes that is more valuable than the smallish price he puts out on the river)
