I dont play 100NL and play much smaller stakes so take my opinion with a grain of salt as there are of course things about 100NL that Im not used to but I will still comment on what I think on the hand. My pre flop action here would depend on what I think about MP1 villian and the blinds behind. 3 betting makes sense but if MP1 is not one to fold to 3 bets often and/or 4 bets frequently I like just calling. I would factor in what the blinds are like (aggressiveness with respect to squeezing) and my plans on if we do get squeezed. I think if we flat and get squeezed depending on sizing I would not be afraid play post flop with position and a strong ace suited hand especially against a player who might squeeze too often here. Plus if we go that route MP1 has to act before we do and we get to see how they would react to the squeeze if it were to happen. As played I am not loving going against a 4 bet range here with AJ suited so depending on what we know about MP1 I lead to folding. If they are unknown and we havent seen them 4 bet yet I think we should be folding pre. On the flop as played I think you can go a few different routes here again depending on villain but we have a very strong combo draw where we are ahead of KK and QQ which are likely holdings from villain. Also depending on villain if we raise here we can make a limit move of sorts and potentially get villain to check to us on the turn and then we get to see the river for a cheaper price than if we were to call flop and then potentially have to call a bet on the turn as well. I think my play here would be to raise the flop here, somewhat small to maybe 145 with the intention of calling a jam from villain or jamming over their re raise. If they just call then I would think they will check to us on turn and we could then bet if the draw comes in or take the free card if it does not. On the turn as played I think this is now a fold. We do need to win 1 in 2.8 times or 35% to break even and we are 32% against KK and QQ. You mention villain could have KQ clubs here but that can be offset by they could also have sets here and less likely but possible 10x. To me you are overwhelmingly up against QQ and KK here but you still arent getting enough and hoping that a villain is jamming into you with just K high flush draw and gutter is being optimistic in a 4 bet pot. Yes its somewhat close but I think I would fold the turn.
