Yes if villain has 102 or 103 they might call but are they limping and then calling a 4x raise pre flop with 102,103, or 106?  They really shouldnt be so we have to throw those out.  I would think when villain limps and then call us pre they have small pocket pairs or suited connectors.  Both of which could have really hit this board with either sets or 45 and 87 suited that beat you now.  Since there are definitely some logical hands that beat you like this, I would never just jam the river.

Then the question becomes should we raise here to something like $7.25-$9?  Before we would make a move like this we would have to know what we are going to do when we get re raised which more than likely would be an all in.   If we were to raise and get jammed on we would have to fold knowing the nature of nuts and close to nuts in their range.  I would hate to have to fold after putting in that many chips with top two pair. Plus the villain is triple barreling on us here after we raised pre flop.  I just call in this spot here because we could actually be beat and if we are beating them I cant think of a hand that they would have that would call our raise with us being in good shape.  Take the value that the villain has given you here over 3 streets and be happy when you have the winning hand.
