As we can see the villain has many hands that could defeat us on the turn, so the fold would be a very close option for NL10.
 Hero's reason for continuing here could be justified in readings he has regarding the BTN.  For example: we can justify a call on the turn if we believe that V is of very wide range and could bluff a hand like A-7.
 If we continue on the turn we should call on the river.  Because now in addition to the failed draws, we are above many combinations of value that previously defeated us.  In addition, with our turn call we committed ourselves to this pot, therefore it would be a long-term mathematical mistake to fold on the river with the top of our range.
