C-betting is not terrible, but this is also a really good hand to check back, since it dont need much protection, and its a combination of a draw and a medium strong made hand. As played you obviously have to call a min-raise.

Turn
When we get check-raised on the flop, its rare, we should bet for value later in the hand, as this is certainly not such a time. When he check-raise twice, it really smells like, he flopped a set and now filled up, but getting a great price you still have to call. But I would be very concerned going to the river, and I would be much happier to fill up than to make a flush.

River
Because of all, what I wrote already, I would check back and take a free showdown. This opponent seem to love to "trap", and after check-raising twice he could easily go for the same line of the river.
