Train your mind, three are books on that, like: The Mental Game of Poker. It's important that you learn how to deal with the swings you are going to face.
And understand, tournaments have at least 3 phases, first is the fishing, second the survival, third the road to glory.

Full strong mind, I used to listen music or vape a lot, keeping focus on the game, some food and grocery’s, and that’s it

You need to be able to focus over long periods of time. You can train this during daily life too, for instance I need to focus too during working hours.

Also it's important to take those breaks. Most sites give a break between :55 and :00. Perfect to get a drink or do some streches, a healthy body is a healthy mind.

Tournament poker is definitely a different beast than cash games. You need to have a lot of patience and endurance. The blinds keep going up, so you have to stay sharp and not get frustrated. I've found that it's all about managing your energy, both mentally and physically.

Taking breaks is key. Stepping away from the table, even for a few minutes, helps you clear your head. Also, it's easy to get on tilt after a bad beat. You have to remember that variance is part of the game. Just focus on making the best decision every single hand, and the results will take care of themselves in the long run
