One habit that leveled up my game (on and off the tables): planning tomorrow, today.

Every night I take 5–10 minutes to plan the next day. Not just poker sessions — but workouts, studies, breaks, everything.

It sounds simple, but it changed everything:

  • I wake up with purpose
  • I tilt less
  • I feel more in control
Planning gives me momentum before the day even starts. It’s like showing up to the tables already warmed up.

Try it. It’s a low-effort, high-EV habit.

How do you plan your days?

I plan my next day, and I also do it every night. It really helps a lot. It's a good habit that leads to greater productivity.

I plan my year, month, week and day. If you plan only one, you'll be surprised how much more productive it is to plan a week. Try it :)

People who are unable to plan their lives actually live one day at a time and therefore have no prospects. They just live, and this makes them more like a plant than a human being. The fact that you have this habit is great, it will really allow you to achieve your goals.
