Pre-Flop: (2,330) Hero is BTN with A♥ 7♠
3 players fold, CO raises to 7,644 (all-in), Hero?

First hand in the money. he gots 150%, starting bounty, after one elmination, with more shallow stack it is easy reshove, but we have 33 bb effective , when sb involves in pot. Do you lean towards calling or folding?

Hi
Its a interesting spot
Its pretty much a break even spot according to ICMizer
The more you think SB and BB can call your all-in its a fold.

We also need to know the starting stack of the tournament, since this is needed to convert the bounty into chips. If the starting stack was 5.000 chips, then his bounty is worth less than 1.875 chips, which is not really that important considering, that you are risking almost 30.000 chips to the players behind. A7o is one of the worst possible AX hands, so at best this is probably break even, as Arnakk2424 say. If the starting stack was 10.000 chips, his bounty is worth less than 3.750 chips, and then I would probably go for it.
