GTO V do not use this bet sizing it is 33% or 66% so for study purposes we want to see what our player pool is betting this way from our hand reviews
Using 33% it is 89% call  the rest raise. larger sizing is 94% call- 
Turn GTO is calling 100%  with 9d9x hands folding other 99 combos 80% or more
river gto is folding all 99 no diamond folding 70% ish of all 99 and raising or shoving the rest of the time.

GTO wizard is a great starting point for study---
The key to be most effective is not to just look at what the bot would do but to look at the range of hands the bot is doing it against- 
As we go step by step thru each decision with 99 we have to look at what the gto V is bluffing in those spots- If our V are not bluffing these spots then we can easily over fold either turn or river here. We would often call turn vs a player that would not three bet bluff at all so that we can showdown the hand or fold.
Using the range charts for study does however let us see potential bluff hands that we would over look sometimes that our V would play and lets us best guess the fact that at 200 bb our V does not have many hands on the flop that are draws that miss.
