I think you could hardly find any available free software. Try the full version, the price is worth the pay once you used it. You can have the Deluxe 5.0.1 version and you'll realize the difference from that of the old version. FWIW I use that particular one (The Tournament Director) regularly when I deal live and if you're going to use it more than a few times it's worth the money - it's really easy to use, very customisable and it's probably got more features than you'll ever need to use.
And if you only need it the once, just use the 30-day trial.
The alternatives are just using a normal wall clock or your watch or something and calling the blinds out... I dunno, exactly what kind of stuff are you looking to "manage"?
