While the Indicator line of products are decent at what they do, they in no way compare to a full tracking tool like HEM/PT3.  I can't really recommend them as a substitute.  They're more useful for raw beginners who are just trying to understand pots odds, equity, and basic stats like VPIP/PFR.  You can't do any self-analysis with it, nor any custom reports or filters, which is where HEM & PT3 really pay for themselves.  They've recently added a HUD but it's very basic, again suitable to a beginner but not to a regular player who is looking to really improve their game.

Not only that, but unless you get them free from room signup promotions (not recommended if you ever intend to pursue rakeback, which would be far more lucrative), the Indicator products are individually priced for the games you play (i.e. Omaha Indicator, Hold'em Indicator (for cash), and Tournament Indicator) [U]at the same price [B]each[/B] as the Pro version of HEM & PT3[/U].  You pay extra for the Omaha add-ons to HEM/PT3, but cash and tournament support is included for the one price.

I think the OP is of the level to gain a lot more from HEM/PT3 than of the Indicator products.
