Basically you import your hand histories to it and it gives you a crapload of stats and info on your play (and other people's too). It's useful for identifying leaks in your game and stuff.
It can be quite daunting at first, but once you get used to using it it's easy to navigate around.
It's free to try for 1000 hands, then if you want to store more you have to pay $55 (i think) to register it, but if you're a halfway decent player and willing to learn from your mistakes it'll make you that money back in no time.

A godsend for online play and will give you mores statistical information that you can possibly imagine. Using the given info you will quickly learn where you're leaking money and be able to plug the holes. There are some really great tutorials about it floating around the net that give you verd detailed information about what ranges your stats should fall within for the sepcific limits you play and the type of game. If you want some links you can PM me and ill send them to you, as I don't want to post them publicly.
