Poker tracker

Hi all.
I was wondering if someone could help me with a display on poker tracker. It will not a player with this. “Folded on turn with SPR “.
Does anyone know what that means maybe I’m an idiot but I can’t figure it out.

I too use the PokerTracker but I have never come across with such issue.
