HEM Queston

Can anyone please tell me why my holdem manager is importing cash games & SNGs but is not importing MTT Tourneys or rebuys.

When i go to the results it keeps saying NAN

Why is this ? Am i doing something wrong

Do you have the search variables on the left adjusted accordingly? I know once I was going nuts over something like this, but it was because I changed it to only show tournaments with 9 players or less(SnGs), so it wouldn't show my MTTs. Also, what site are you trying to import? Do you have the most current version installed?

titan is the site i play on. The search variables aer fine & yes i do have the most currentversion.
But when i go into results it comes up
the amount the tourney buyin is then after that it says NAN in every collum
