Now, they will advise me to make a deposit using my Skrill, but that won't help, because after the deposit, it won't be available as a withdrawal method. I know this from previous posts by other community members who had exactly the same problem. In particular, the player Rost, who also contacted you in a similar situation and you were able to help him. Here is a link to his post.

I’m wondering if it’s still worth wasting my time on the 888Poker platform! Many players can’t withdraw their money, and conditions are imposed that didn’t exist when they first deposited into their 888Poker account! Until I see that players no longer have these problems, I won’t deposit a single $. What do you think? Is it still worth playing on this platform? When you deposit money, they don’t think about money laundering or the other reasons they invoke when you try to withdraw! On PokerStars or GGPoker I’ve never had any issues with withdrawals!
888 poker is crap, and it's only going to get worse. These scammers have gotten on many people's nerves. They need to be sued.

It is serious what is happening! I would also like to know the authorized opinion of our CChat platform on these issues reported by players in our community! We have signaled these problems in the idea that someone will notice and respond to us as is normal, so that we know what we need to do in the future! Do we continue to play on 888poker or close our accounts?

I apologize because I only noticed the answer today, but unfortunately the 888 poker site has been taken over by a platform that I am self-excluded from, so I can no longer play on 888 Poker. I left this platform that took over the 888 site because in the past they didn't have poker games, and now surprise, my 888 poker account is closed and I can no longer log in. I asked to open my poker account, but they said that the decision to close it is irreversible. My alias is: "Vasy2017". Goodbye!!!

I did the procedure through the website yesterday right after the message above written in the body of the email "I recently changed my address so this is an updated account" same response again today! How many times will I have to do the same procedure until I get it into their heads that I'm doing the right procedure @888Rep ?

It seems that the problem I am describing is not particularly complicated. All that is needed is to mark the request as successfully completed. I don't know what language you use to communicate with them, but they clearly don't understand what needs to be done. How should we proceed in this situation?

I've done this through the checkout and the website several times. Through the checkout, I can't add notes; I can only send the documents. Through the website, I've also sent the documentation with the note that I changed my address, but they give me the same response.
