15 players left in Ev.#32 - $10K HORSE with Phil Helmuth sitting in 4th & John Monnette chip leader (this will be his 5th cash of the series with one bracelet & 2 final tables so far.... this guy is super consistent winner in non-holdem events... used to have him on my wsop Fantasy picks (I miss that :( )

Senior's down to final 4, Dennis Phillips in the lead. I met Dennis at the BCPC in Nov.2008... the year he'd taken 3rd in the Main Event. Super nice guy! Got to play in a SNG with him once he was out of tournament. Needless to say I'll be hoping he takes this down for his first bracelet.

Should be some good viewing today on the live stream. Looking forward to it.

Really weird last hand... the snap-call on the shove with A6o... I didn't watch a LOT of the event, but still seemed strange to snap it there. When he was covered.

Final table coming up here in a bit. Both Phil's are in, and have healthy stacks.

Watched the Senior heads-up... OMG was that two painful rivers - first one was the backdoor runner-runner flush draw, and then the final hand...

So exciting--first woman to win a bracelet after a 4-year draught too! My guy Mike saw her name and asked "Is it pronounced All-in?! :D

You missed Phil going into one of his classic modes. It looked like he just forgot all that mind training he's been doing during the Stud and O8 games. Monnette kept catching cards and toying with Hellmuth's brain...

Hellmuth looked like someone who had never played Stud 8 before... 3 to a low and a flush draw on the board by Monnette, and Phil kept betting into him.

The commentary on the final table was hilarious. They were all bagging on everybody including Dennis Phillips for being waaaayyyy too tight and not being aggressive enough.

Well, it's proper strategy to sit and wait for premium hands and to never even think about putting a dime in with anything marginal, just read Super/System ldo, lol
