Unfortunately the founder/owner of ACR Phil Nagy then made a complete fool of himself by making vulgar and sexist comments on a live stream he was guesting on. Nagy apologized but a lot of men (one assumes of a chauvinistic bent) decided to come after Vanessa Kade on the matter. After criticizing Bilzerian, what did she have to say about her boss and should she not resign?

She was obviously put in a difficult position. The implication from her resignation is there is a culture at ACR that is ongoing which she doesn't appreciate.

That said, I find her resignation a little cryptic and it naturally will lead to people expecting further explanation.
